Drinkwater continues soccer career at Husson
BANGOR — Miranda Drinkwater, a resident of Greenville, was a member of the women’s soccer team at Husson University in the fall. The freshman forward/midfielder played in 19 games for the Eagles, with eight starts and picking up a goal and an assist.
Husson had an overall record of 7-13-1, but finished 7-2 in North Atlantic Conference play. The Eagles reached the conference semifinals as the third seed, falling at No. 2 Castleton (Vermont) State 2-0.
Drinkwater, a 2012 graduate of Greenville High School, is a physical therapy major. She is the daughter of Michael Drinkwater and Yvette Roy.
