BICENTENNIAL BABY — Guilford Bicentennial baby Otto Arthur MacPheters, the son of Heather Butler and Travis MacPheters, served as grand marshal for the 12th annual Piscataquis River Festival on July 30. The Bicentennial edition of the festival featured a day of events, including a parade through town.
