Drama club brings the Yellow Brick Road to town

MILO — The Penquis Valley Middle School Drama Club, comprised of a cast of nearly 50 students and another dozen and a half working on the backstage crew, presented primetime performances of “The Wizard of Oz” on March 27-28 at the Milo Town Hall. The production, based on a play by Erin Detrick, also included a matinee for students from the Milo Elementary and Brownville Elementary schools on March 26, which gave the drama club a chance to fine tune the performance prior to the shows for the public.
