Originally envisioned as an in-person drop-in program, Fourth Friday Plant Clinics are scheduled at locations around the county. For the months of March and April, we will utilize online platforms. Folks are encouraged to bring their questions, comments and gardening stories to share. UMaine Cooperative Extension has information on plant diseases, weeds, good and bad insects, soil, lawn care, plant selection and more. If we don’t have an immediate answer to your question, we will consult with UMaine Extension insect and disease diagnosticians or other UMaine Extension experts. We may also recommend another agency or organization for you to contact. Our goal is for you to have the best answer possible.

UMaine Cooperative Extension is committed to making research-based information available in our communities. In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, we are doing our best to offer alternative methods of access and keep our communities informed. Updates are ongoing and may be found on the University of Maine’s website https://umaine.edu/coronavirus/.
