100-Mile Wilderness Sled Dog Race results

GREENVILLE — More than two dozen mushers and their teams from across Maine, New England, and Quebec took to the trails for the annual 100-Mile Wilderness Sled Dog Race on Feb. 2. Entrants competed in 35- and 70-mile races, starting and finishing by the Leisure Life Resort.

35-mile race results are 1. Rico Portalatin in a total run time of 3 hours, 4 minutes, and 24 seconds; 2. Lara Renner 3:25.06; 3. Jaye Foucher 3:51.38; 4. Daniel Coutu 3:54.39; 5. Elyse Lessard 3:57.17; 6. Becki Tucker 4:01.55; 7. Kasey McCarthy 4:09.40; 8. Tristan Longchamps 4:10.55; 9. Makayla Kinsley 4:29.17; 10. Manon Moore 4:30.53; 11. Andrew Bartleet 4:33.33; 12. Steve Renner 4:43.16; 13. Asa Taylor 5:50.25; 14. Jeffrey Ladd 6:48.02; and 15. Autumn Ladd 6:51.41.

70-mile race results: 1. Martin Massicotte 5:45.55; 2. Andre Longchamps 5:59.23; 3. David Boyer 6:17.06; 4. Ashley Patterson 6:19.24; 5. Carl Routhier 6:22.41; 6. Eric Chagnon 6:34.03; 7. Mark Patterson 6:40.15; 8. Sylvain Robillard 6:43.12; 9. Luc Gaudreau 6:45.06; and 10. Barry Dana 7:25.35.
