Patriotic band concert, Memorial Day program in Garland

GARLAND — The Harold J. Crosby Community Band of Dexter will provide a concert of patriotic music on Memorial Day in Garland at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, May 27 at the Veterans Memorial. A memorial service will follow at 8 a.m. with several members of Post 53 American Legion participating.

The concert includes a medley of songs representing each branch of the service. This year the songs of the National Guard (“Always Ready Always There”) and United States Space Force (“Semper Supra”) will be added to the musical tribute.

Veterans and their families, as well as the public, are warmly invited to attend the concert and program.
