University of Maine at Augusta spring president’s and dean’s lists

AUGUSTA — University of Maine at Augusta Interim President and Provost Joseph Szakas announces the spring 2023 full-time and part-time president’s lists and the spring 2023 full-time and part-time dean’s lists. The full-time president’s and dean’s lists are issued once a semester and the part-time president’s and dean’s lists are issued once a year.

Local honorees are full-time president’s list: Olivia Schmiedlehner of Abbot; Christopher Coty and Stephen Little of Charleston; Katie Ladd of Milo; Katelynn Babine of Ripley; and Tamarlenea Gilman of Sangerville.

Part-time president’s list: Mike Saunders of Dover-Foxcroft; Benjamin Atkerson of Seboeis Plt; and Marolyn Glidden of Wellington.

Full-time dean’s list: Merrilee Levensailor of Guilford; and Madelynn Crosby of Sangerville.

Part-time dean’ list: Eric Kearns and Alexis Topolski of Charleston; and Erin Weeks of Garland. 

To qualify for the full-time president’s list, students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours of 100-level or higher UMA coursework (exclusive of pass/fail courses) and maintain a semester grade point average in these courses of 3.8 or higher.

To qualify for the part-time president’s list, students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours of 100-level or higher UMA coursework (exclusive of pass/fail courses) during two consecutive semesters in an academic year (fall and spring); take no more than 11 credit hours of 100-level UMA coursework in either semester; and achieve a combined grade point average of 3.8 or higher over the two consecutive semesters, with no grades lower than C-.

To qualify for the full-time dean’s list, students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours of 100-level or higher UMA coursework (exclusive of pass/fail courses), and maintain a semester grade point average in these courses of 3.25 to 3.79, with no grade below C- in any of these courses.

To qualify for the part-time dean’s list, students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours of 100-level or higher UMA coursework (exclusive of pass/fail courses) during two consecutive semesters in an academic year (fall and spring); take no more than 11 credit hours of 100-level UMA coursework in either semester; and achieve a combined grade point average of 3.25 to 3.79 over the two consecutive semesters, with no grades lower than C-.
