Registration open for the Northern Light CA Dean Hospital Bike and Boat fundraiser

GREENVILLE — Northern Light CA Dean Hospital announces its beloved Bike and Boat fundraiser is now open for registration. With gorgeous views of the Maine woods and majestic Moosehead Lake, the event is a family-friendly experience that raises funds to support CA Dean Hospital.

The 2023 Bike and Boat event will take place on Sunday, June 25 in Greenville. Registration begins at 9 a.m. by the Moosehead Marine Museum and the ride kicks off at 9:45 a.m. All ages are welcome. Participants can ride the scenic 19.5-mile bike route to Rockwood and take the Katahdin Steamship back to Greenville or ride the boat both ways, from Greenville to Rockwood and back. Included in the $50 registration fee are transportation on the boat, live music from the Josh Guthrie Band, a boxed lunch, and family and team photos.

New this year, participants can sign up to raise funds beyond the registration fee. Individuals who raise $400 or more will receive a custom Sea Bag Bike and Boat wristlet. Those who raise $800 or more will receive a custom Sea Bag Bike and Boat medium tote. Also new this year, those who can’t attend the event but are passionate about supporting CA Dean Hospital can sign up to participate in the event virtually.
