Piscataquis Radar Runs results

DOVER-FOXCROFT — A month and a half after racers braved frigid temperatures in early February, spring-like weather arrived for a day of seeing who has the fastest snowmobile during part two of the revived edition of the Piscataquis Radar Runs on Saturday, March 18  at the Charles A. Chase Jr. Memorial Field off Pine Street.

On the event Facebook page Lindsay Sands, who co-owns 207 Powersports with her husband Garrett Sands and is one of several organizers, said, “I just want to say thank you to everyone who came out to support our event whether you participated or just watched! I spoke with numerous people who were already asking about next year!! Between our two events this year we were able to raise over $8,000 dollars!! Funds that we raised are going to the SeDoMoCha School Food Pantry, Wings For Wishes Maine which is associated with Make A Wish Foundation of Maine, and the Piscataquis Valley Snowmobile Club!”
