Sen. Davis announces reelection bid

SANGERVILLE — Sen. Paul Davis, R-Sangerville has announced his bid for reelection in Senate District 4.

Davis, a senior senator, brings to the table once again, the integrity and leadership this district has been accustomed too. Davis, no stranger to the many hardships that can befall anyone, has given his time at various fund aising events, doing auctions to raise money for many worth while needs from suicide prevention to money for cancer victims. He is a no nonsense man, never leaving his personal convictions on the sanctity of life, our youth struggling with drug and alcohol addiction and the desire that Senate District 4 is not overlooked regarding our roads, schools, and expanding our economy.

“After talking with local constitutes and members of the present Senate, I have decided to run in the upcoming election finishing my term,” Davis said. “Being able to help people get the services they need, when they need them is something I find most important. The next election is very crucial. Our state cannot keep spending hard earned money from people that barely make ends meet. I look forward to campaigning and talking to people.”

Senate District 4 is one of the largest in the state, comprised of all of Piscataquis County and portions of Somerset and Penobscot counties.
