Pumpkin Jam Battle of the Bands at Center Theatre

DOVER-FOXCROFT — On Friday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. the Center Theatre will be hosting its third annual Pumpkin Jam Battle of the Bands Fall Fundraiser. The event will bring the Doughty Hill Band back to defend the title against the ever-popular Josh Guthrie Experience.

Patrick Myers, the Center Theatre’s executive director, says the event is a fun night out and also a fundraiser for the Center Theatre. “Along with the great music, the Theatre’s board provides complimentary snacks and appetizers for the event. We’ll also have a 50/50 raffle and a silent auction to help raise money for the Theatre’s mission to make arts, culture, entertainment and education accessible to our rural communities.”

Myers said they are collecting wonderful items for the silent auction including restaurant gift cards, a Foxcroft Academy fan pack and items by local artists and crafters.
