Thanks for Wings for Wishes on the Waterfront

To the Editor;
On behalf of all the pilots and organizers of Wings for Wishes on the Waterfront, I would like to express my sincere thank you to all who attended and helped our group donate almost $11000 to Make-A-Wish Maine. We collected over $5000 on the waterfront the day of the event. I am humbled by the outpouring of support from our local community.

A special thanks to the town of Dexter for the use of the waterfront, Mark Mckusic for the use of his very nice “airport,” Brian and Sandra Sagar and Maria Lewis for once again letting us cross their land to get to the beach. Without this support the event couldn’t happen. Hopefully the weather will be as nice next year. Much thanks again.
