Hospice Lunch & Learn to discuss family heirlooms

DOVER-FOXCROFT — Family heirlooms can be something as simple, and important, as Grandma’s yellow pie plate. Family members have memories of special occasions, and these occasions are often marked by important belongings. Who gets these family heirlooms? Jane Conroy will be addressing this topic at the next Pine Tree Hospice Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, May 21.

Pine Tree Hospice’s Adult Bereavement Support Group meets before Lunch and Learn, and is for those who are or have experienced the pain of a death of a loved one, whether recently or in the past. A support group can be an important way for you to share your grief, or to sit quietly and to know that you are not alone in your grief journey.

After the support group, there is a free nutritious lunch and discussion of a relevant topic. If you would like to attend Lunch & Learn on May 21 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Dover-Foxcroft, please call 564-4346 to register.
