Piscataquis Community Elementary School recognizes Students of the Month

GUILFORD — Each month outstanding pupils in grades 5-8 at Piscataquis Community Elementary School are honored as Students of the Month. The nine April honorees were presented with certificates in front of their peers during an assembly in the cafeteria to start the day on Thursday, April 25.

“This is the Student of the Month morning meeting, so we want to recognize all of you who are doing a good job,” Assistant Principal Jessica Dunton told the audience.

The nine newest Students of the Month at PCES are fifth-graders Donald Farnham and Caleb McKusick; Jordan Brown representing grade 6; grade 7 students Scott Chadbourne, Zach Demmer and Emily Easler; and eighth-graders Samantha Goodwin, Julia Munson and Dawson Simpson.
