Center Theatre asking for community input

DOVER-FOXCROFT — The Center Theatre is looking for input from the community about its events, concessions, pricing and any other feedback from the community. While people are always welcome to send suggestions, Kathy Reardon, the chair of the Theatre Fundraising Committee, developed the survey to encourage everyone to give the Theatre their opinion.

“It’s a very short survey,” Reardon said, “and to make it easy folks can either fill it out in person at the Theatre or online by clicking on “Get Involved” at www.CenterTheatre.org.” As an added incentive Reardon said the Theatre is offering prizes to those who complete the survey, “Every entry will be put in a drawing to win one of 10 movie passes as a thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.”

The Theatre is looking for all ages and backgrounds to complete the survey and would especially like to hear from people who don’t come to the Theatre very often. “We’re very interested to find out why people don’t come to the Theatre,” Reardon said, “Learning about what we can improve or change to bring more people to the Theatre is the biggest goal of the survey.”

The Theatre will be collecting responses for the next month. Once collected, the tabulated results will be available on the Center Theatre’s website and Facebook page.

The Center Theatre is a 501(c)3 non-profit with a mission to make arts, culture, education and entertainment accessible to our rural communities.
