GUILFORD — Guilford Medical Associates closed permanently on April 5. Patients looking to transfer within Mayo Practice Associates (MPA) are encouraged to contact the New Patient Intake coordinator at 564-1224.

MPA provides primary care services in Milo, Dover-Foxcroft, Corinth and Dexter. Patients looking to transfer care outside MPA are encouraged to call Dexter Family Practice at 924-7349, Monday through Thursday.

Mayo Regional Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital and health system in Dover-Foxcroft. Mayo has four rural health clinics throughout the region, provides EMS for all of Piscataquis County, psychiatry and counseling services and various surgical specialties.
