Demille performs Saturday at Story Teller Guitars

DEXTER — Saturday, Feb. 2 songwriter/musician Ted Demille will be in Dexter at Story Teller Guitars from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. to talk about his songwriting and performing his songs. Demille is well known in New England bluegrass circles for his well-crafted songs and his pleasant singing style. He was a member of North Star, a very popular band in the northeast for many years. Currently Demille performs with his bluegrass band Old Eleven. The five piece consists of some of Maine’s best musicians and is scheduled to perform at the Wayside Grange Theatre in Dexter as part of the 2019 concert series on Oct. 26.

Story Teller Guitars is located at 15 Grove Street, next to the barber shop behind the police station. The showcase will be followed by an acoustic open jam from 6 to 8 p.m. There is no charge for this event.
