Golden is for the people because he is of the people

To the Editor;
I met Jared Golden on several occasions while he ran in the primary. He struck me as being astute and forthright in his apprehension of the problems facing America and the people of Maine. When I asked him if he would support legislation to legally require all candidates running for president of the U.S. to submit their tax returns for public perusal, his answer was an emphatic yes. I also asked Mr. Golden that if he were elected to Congress would all of his offices in Maine be handicapped accessible. Again he answered with an emphatic yes.

As a veteran myself, I could discern that his military experience taught him the importance caring for the people he was responsible for in the field. The November election is critical to the people of this nation. We need a congressman to represent us who is for the people because he is of the people. I support Jared Golden for Congress from the Second District. I look forward to voting for him in November and I urge the people of the Second District to support him in his effort to represent all of the people of Maine.
