Runners take to the streets in Sebec Village on July 4
SEBEC — Nearly 70 runners took part in the annual 5K road race to start the 2018 Fourth of July festivities in Sebec Village.
Garth Altenburg repeated as the race champion. He covered the 3.1 miles in a time of 19 minutes, 5 seconds (five seconds faster than in 2017) to come in first out of 67 runners. The rest of the field is as follows:

SEBEC VILLAGE FOURTH OF JULY 5K — A total of 67 runners took part in the annual 5K road race to kick off Fourth of July festivities in Sebec Village. Garth Altenburg repeated as the race winner, running a time of 19:05 in 2018. Lish Infantino earned top honors in the women’s division, finishing in 24:11 to place ninth overall.
