Primary care doctor joins Guilford Medical Associates

GUILFORD — Mayo Regional Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Bernard Perlman, MD, to the medical team at Guilford Medical Associates. Dr. Perlman will be providing primary care services.

“We are delighted to welcome Dr. Perlman to the family medicine team at our Guilford practice location. We look forward to welcoming him to his new role,” said Marie Vienneau, president and CEO of Mayo Regional Hospital.

Dr. Perlman joined the Mayo team in 2017 as chief hospitalist at the main campus. He is a skilled provider with over 30 years of experience providing medical care and has served in roles including hospitalist, physician of internal medicine and medical director.
His transition to Guilford Medical Associates begins immediately. Dr. Perlman is accepting new patients.
