Rep. Stearns endorsed by Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund

GUILFORD — Rep. Paul Stearns, R-Guilford is pleased to announce that he has recently received an endorsement from the Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund.

The announcement states, “Because of your strong record of voting for Maine’s environment, we are pleased to inform you that the Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund has endorsed your candidacy for the 129th Legislature.

“Maine’s extraordinary environment is the foundation of our good health, good jobs, and quality of life. We appreciate your steadfast vision and vigilance this past legislative session to conserve our natural legacy for future generations.

“For over 30 years, Maine Conservation Voters has been making Maine’s environment a priority for voters, candidates and elected officials. We promote forward-thinking environmental policies at the Statehouse, publish the annual Environmental Scorecard, and endorse strong environmental candidates.
