PCHS Drama Club earns second-place honors at Maine Drama Festival
The Piscataquis Community High School Drama Club won a second-place trophy at the Maine Drama Festival on March 10 in Skowhegan. The name of the club’s production was “TATTERED,” a student-written play on the effects of bullying cyberbullying and suicide with the message … words hurt.
SKOWHEGAN — The Piscataquis Community High School Drama Club won a second-place trophy at the Maine Drama Festival on March 10 in Skowhegan. The name of the club’s production was “TATTERED,” a student-written play on the effects of bullying cyberbullying and suicide with the message … words hurt.
The play was written by Ashlie Grant, Jacob Sears, Gwen Burgess, Mya Young and Caitlyn Drinkwater. Drinkwater also won an award for all star cast and the PCHS Drama Club received an award for collaboration for playwriting. Julie Harrington served as the production director.
