Youth wrestling results

HOWLAND — The Foxcroft Youth and SeDoMoCha Middle School wrestling teams competed in the Howland Youth Wrestling Tournament on Saturday. Both squads had season-highs in tourney champions as 11 Foxcroft Youth wrestlers finished in first place and seven from SeDoMoCha won their respective weight classes.
Younger wrestlers placing were, in fourth place, William Stone, Jack Goldsmith, TJ Allen, Angel Gagnon and Parker Weymouth.
Third-place wrestlers were Keegan Crowell, Lucien Pearl, Shane Bowden, Kaleb Worthing, Kain Niland, Jaiden Ward, Isaac Pearl, Kael Niland and Cody Bagley
Foxcroft Youth team members finishing as runners-up were Karter Rideout, Jordan Brooks, Eugene Gould and Kaleb Weymouth.
The 11 tournament champions were Wyett Parker, Carter Nichols, Grayden Nuite, Kell Cooley, Owen Weymouth, Jacobi Poire, Tanyon Gibbs, Robert Weymouth, Aidan Bryant, Nathan Durgin and Sadie Farmer.
For SeDoMoCha Middle School Libby Hall came in third place.
The team’s second-place wrestlers were Karson Tibbetts, Craig Farmer, Austin Gil and Garret Chase.
The Eagles’ seven champions were Noah Cavanagh, Phil Bagley, Carter Blanchard, Austin Jackson, AJ Atkinson,
Xander Doty and Garrett Cooley.
