POWER WHEEL DEMOLITION DERBY

NOT PLAYING NICE — Children had the opportunity to drive into each other, with encouragement, in attempt to pop each other’s balloons during the power wheel demolition derby on Aug. 28 at the 129th edition of the Piscataquis Valley Fair in Dover-Foxcroft. Later during the last of the four-day fair, the young drivers could watch adults crash and smash their vehicles in the demolition derby.
PEDAL TRACTOR PULL

Youngsters had the opportunity to compete in the pedal tractor pull in front of the ice cream parlor at the Piscataquis Valley Fair. Entrants took part in 30-40, 41-50 and 50-60-pound weight classes.
