GFWC/Miosac Club announces ice out on Sebec Lake
DOVER-FOXCROFT — GFWC/Miosac Club Sebec Lake Ice Out Chairman Anne Cress announces the contest winner is Betty Richardson with a perfect guess on April 18 at 4:15 p.m. She will receive a $100 check. Club member Carol Kilpatrick sold the winning ticket, and Dennis Hersey was the judge.
The club wishes to thank all who bought tickets. The monies received will be used to support programs such as Boy and Girl Scouts, PRYMCA, food cupboard, senior center and Kiwanis Christmas Project. The ice out contest is one of the big fundraiser for the GFWC/Miosac Club.
