Foxcroft Youth and SeDoMoCha MS wrestling news

DEXTER — The youth wrestling season is in full swing. Dexter Youth Wrestling hosted its annual tournament at the Ridge View Community School on March 12. Over 230 wrestlers participated from nine different teams representing Dexter, Dover-Foxcroft, Pittsfield, Guilford, Howland, Lincoln, Madison, Hermon and Bangor.

TWO SECOND-PLACE MEDALS FOR TWO BROTHERS Brothers Kain and Kael Niland of the Foxcroft Youth Wrestling team both finished in second place at the Dexter Youth Wrestling Tournament on March 12 at the Ridge View Community School.

Congratulations to the individuals for placing at this tournament:

First place: Kell Cooley, Kaleb Weymouth, Thomas Day, Aiden Bryant, Tanyon Gibbs, Robert Weymouth, Parker Weymouth, Philip Bagley and Garret Chase.

Second place: William Whalen, TJ Allen, Garrett Rogers, Kain Niland, Kaleb Worthing, Andrew Majewski, Malcome Stone, Isaac Pearl, Gabe Leighton, Kael Niland, Wiott Seavey, Ateon Whitney, Matthew Fillmore, Noah Cavanaugh and Skylar Gibbs.

Third place: Alex Hanson, Eugene Gould, Lucien Pearl, Maddelynne Stone, Amayah Blanchard, Owen Weymouth, Colby Gilbert, Brooklyn Black, Nathan Durgin, Jaxson Zimmerman, Sadie Farmer, Karson Tibbetts, Carter Blanchard and Craig Farmer.

Fourth place: Emma Crossman, Lydia Gustin, Corey Goodwin, Landon Ladd, Hayden Hanson, Cody Bagley and Gabriel Carey.

For SeDoMocha wrestling finishing in first place was Garrett Cooley.

Second place: Rico Ayala, AJ Atkinson and Emily Leighton.

Third place: Adam Dulac and Josh Tibbetts.

Fourth place: Austin Jackson.
