PVC swimming honors

DOVER-FOXCROFT — Members of the Foxcroft Academy girls swimming team were among those honored by the Penobscot Valley Conference (PVC) for their performances this past season in the pool.

Jenna Clukey was named to the All-PVC team in the 200 freestyle and 100 butterfly and Gabie Johnson was honored by the conference in both the 100 freestyle and 100 breaststroke. Avery Carroll and Alice Russo were both all-conference selections in the 100 backstroke, and Carroll was also chosen in the 200 IM.

Named PVC All-Conference in the 400 freestyle relay was the Ponies’ team, comprised of Carroll, Russo, Johnson and Clukey.

PVC All-Academic selections from Foxcroft are Racquel Bozzelli, Carroll, Madison Fadley, Johnson and Estella Mei.
