All-conference selections

A number of wrestlers from the region were selected to the Penobscot Valley Conference (PVC) All-Conference Team for the 2015-16 season.

First Team grapples include Antonio Ayala of Foxcroft Academy at 126 pounds; R.J. Nelson of Foxcroft at 132 pounds; Zach Caron of Foxcroft at 145 pounds; Jacob Hesseltine of Dexter Regional High School at 160 pounds; Brandon Brock of Foxcroft at 195 pounds; and Michael Pendriss of Foxcroft at 220 pounds.

Second Team honorees include Brandon Weston of Foxcroft at 106 pounds; Tyler Beem of Dexter at 132 pounds; Isaiah Hesseltine of Dexter at 138 pounds; Dustin Simmons of Foxcroft at 152 pounds; Bryce Sweet of Dexter at 170 pounds; Billy Brock of Foxcroft at 182 pounds; and Tanner Hall of Dexter at 285 pounds.

 

PVC honorable mention wrestlers include Caleb Weeks of Dexter at 106 pounds; Ethan Moulton of Piscataquis Community High School at 113 pounds; Cameron Cookson of Foxcroft at 120 pounds; Conner Johnson of Foxcroft at 138 pounds; Zach Wilson of PCHS at 145 pounds; Ethan Cooley of PCHS at 160 pounds; Matthew Griffith of PCHS at 170 pounds; and Daniel Wallace of Dexter at 182 pound.
