Three Rivers Kiwanis Christmas dinner

MILO — The Three Rivers Kiwanis will be serving Christmas dinner at the Kiwanis Headquarters Building, 24 Gerrish Road, from noon to 1:30 p.m. This has been an annual event in Milo for more than 15 years, but this is the first time that the Kiwanis will be handling it. The Penquis Valley High School Key Club will be helping serve along with many volunteers from the community.

Town Manager Damien Pickel has arranged for transportation for any Milo resident who is unable to get there on their own. For this service, contact Pickel at 279-1658 (this is a special number set up for this occasion).

The menu is minestrone soup, salad, lasagna, garlic bread sticks, dessert and coffee, tea. Elaine’s Café will be providing the bread sticks and the Italian desserts. This event is open to the public and is free. Donations will be accepted.
