Penquis boys soccer lost vs. Penobscot 6-1. The goal came from Colin Beckett.

Foxcroft girls soccer lost vs. Hermon 4-0. Kiara Prescott made 19 saves.

Oct. 20: Foxcroft boys soccer won vs. Hermon 1-0. Blake Arno scored the goal and Logan Butera made nine saves.

No. 1 Dexter field hockey defeated eighth-seeded Orono 1-0 in a Class C North quarterfinal held at Hampden Academy. Grace Belanger scored the goal and the Dexter defense held Orono to zero shots on goal.

Fourth seed PCHS field hockey defeated No. 5 Winthrop 1-0 in double overtime. Jordynne Littlefield had the goal and Sydney Marden stopped all six shots.

Oct. 24: Ninth seed Foxcroft boys soccer won a Class B North prelim at No. 8 Medomak Valley 3-1. Toby Hogfeldt scored twice.

No. 10 PCHS boys soccer won at Class C North prelim at Limestone/MSSM 3-2.

Third-seeded Foxcroft field hockey lost at No. 2 Winslow 2-0 in a Class B North semifinal. Madison Chadbourne made 11 saves.
