     DOVER-FOXCROFT – Connie Marie Chase, (née Johnston), died on September 16, 2015, in Dover-Foxcroft. She was born January 9, 1935, in Dover-Foxcroft, the youngest daughter of Sumner G. Johnston and Thelma L. (Bradley) Johnston.

     Connie graduated from Foxcroft Academy in 1954 and from Mercy School of Nursing in 1956. Connie’s Christian faith was a guiding force throughout her life.

     She is survived and lovingly remembered by her children, Nora Church, Kimette Brown, and Vicki Stenzel; her sisters, Priscilla Clark and Joyce Dean; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

     A memorial service was conducted 2 p.m., Sunday, September 20, 2015, at the United Methodist Church, Dover-Foxcroft, with Pastor Mark Stevens officiating. Burial was in the family lot in Sebec Corner Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her name to the Dover-Foxcroft United Methodist Church, PO Box 62, Dover-Foxcroft 04426.
