REMEMBERING 9/11

On Friday, Sept. 11 Tisbury Manor Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution held two separate 9/11 observances to honor the victims, their family members, survivors, rescue workers and volunteers associated with terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Members Colleen Taylor and Kathleen Meanor placed a wreath at the Shirley Honor Roll. Members Bunny Knight, Kathy Normandin, Dot Weymouth, Jane Macomber, Diana Lucek and Bunny’s daughter Marcia Martin placed a banner at the Monson Town Hall.
