Wednesday, Aug. 5 — Meatloaf with creamy onion gravy, spinach mashed potato, peas and carrots,  wheat bread and dessert.

Thursday, Aug. 6 — Creole salmon, black beans and rice, whole kernel corn,  wheat bread and dessert.

Friday, Aug. 7 — Spaghetti with turkey sausage, sliced zucchini,  wheat bread and dessert.

Monday, Aug. 10 — Meatloaf with mushroom sauce, mashed potato, peas and carrots,  wheat bread and dessert.

Tuesday, Aug. 11 — Creamy chicken and wild rice casserole, Caribbean vegetable blend,  wheat bread and dessert.

Wednesday, Aug. 12 — Sliced turkey with gravy, cranberry cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots,  wheat bread and dessert.

Eastern Area Agency on Aging’s nutrition program delivers noontime meals through Meals on Wheels to those who qualify and serves at Community Cafes where all are welcome. Cost is $4 (under age 60).  Suggested donation of $4 for seniors age 60 and older.
