TEEN WILDERNESS EXPEDITION

On July 15-17, the Piscataquis County Soil and Water Conservation District (PCSWCD), in partnership with the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC), held the Teen Wilderness Expedition. For this trip, the PCSWCD took 15 12-16 year-olds up to AMC’s Little Lyford Lodge for three days and two nights of fun, outdoor activities, natural resource conservation education and recreation — everyone had a great time.
