The circus is coming to the Harmony Fairgrounds

HARMONY — Summer is here and the circus is coming to the Harmony Fairgrounds on Tuesday, July 28, for two shows. Walker International will present amazing acrobats and aerialists, family-friendly comedy, lots of animals, and much more at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Additionally, both food and souvenirs will be available.

Harmony Patriarchs Club President Jeff Chadbourne said the organization is pleased to offer this kind of quality entertainment. The club, a nonprofit all-volunteer community betterment organization, has been supporting the local area since 1948 and sponsors the Harmony Labor Day Free Fair each year.

Chadbourne noted the club is actively pursuing additional uses for the fairgrounds and is pleased to have the circus return to central Maine.

Free tickets for children can be obtained at local businesses. The show takes place “under the big top” rain or shine.
