High in the sky over Dover-Foxcroft

HIGH IN THE SKY OVER DOVER-FOXCROFT — Hot air balloons will be returning to Dover-Foxcroft this weekend with a hot air balloon rally. Plans, which are dependent on the weather conditions and may include launches from the airport or fairgrounds, have five balloons attending the rally for spectators on the ground to view and for others to go up in.
