Hazlett, Herbert A., 90, Dover-Foxcroft, May 21, 2015. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Guiford. Arrangements are in the care of Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft.

 

    DOVER-FOXCROFT – Herbert A. Hazlett, 90, passed away May 21, 2015, at Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft. He was born February, 23, 1925, in Meriden, CT, the son of William L. and Jane (Hill) Hazlett.
    A well-known and respected dairy farmer, Herb began a long career in dairy farming in Connecticut before moving to Dover-Foxcroft. He farmed at the former Foster Gray farm on the Dexter Road for over 40 years and was an inspiration to the many young men who worked for him over the years. Herb had attended the Family Worship Center in Dover-Foxcroft.
    He is survived by a sister, Doris McKinley of Vernon, CT; and several nieces and nephews.
    Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Guilford. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft. Condolences and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
