‘Revenge of the Electric Car’ screening

DEXTER — In 2006 GM took back and destroyed nearly 5,000 EV1s, electric vehicles that had been made available for lease in Southern California. The documentary “Revenge of the Electric Car”, follows four companies attempting to be the first to make a viable vehicle.

Co-sponsored by DDATT and the Abbot Memorial Library, the film is scheduled to be shown on Friday, May 1 at 6 p.m. in the library’s meeting room, 1 Church Street. Contact 277-4221 for for more information.
