M. Annette Ellis

    BROWNVILLE – M. Annette Ellis, 78, passed away March 27, 2015, at Hibbard Nursing Home in Dover-Foxcroft. She was born May 12, 1936, in Brownville, the daughter of Kenneth G. Sr. and Clellie M. (Arbo) Ellis. Annette worked as a secretary and administrative assistant to the superintendent for 40 years for M.S.A.D. 41 while also serving as secretary for the Vinalhaven schools from her home.
    She is survived by four nephews, Terry Ellis, Steve Ellis and his wife, Melinda, Patrick Thomas, and Daniel Thomas and his friend, Kathy; a niece, Heidi Thomas; and a brother-in-law, Hugh Thomas, Jr.
    She was predeceased by her parents; three brothers, Clarence Ellis, Kenneth Ellis, Jr., and Donald Ellis; two sisters, Lola Ellis and Pauline Thomas; and a niece, Pam Ellis.
