County Republications to host seminar on bear referendum with Comm. Woodcock

    Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Commissioner Chandler Woodcock will be the featured guest speaker at two informational seminars on the upcoming bear referendum, sponsored by the Piscataquis County Republican Committee.

    The seminars will held in Dover-Foxcroft at the Morton Avenue gym on Saturday, Oct. 4 starting at 7 pm and on Tuesday, Oct. 14 in Greenville at the American Legion Hall on Pritham Avenue, also starting at 7 p.m. In addition to Commissioner Woodcock, several local business people will share their concerns regarding what they feel will be the significant impact to the region that will occur should this referendum succeed.
