FIND THE HOT AIR BALLOON CONTEST WINNER

Barbara Clark, center, of Dover-Foxcroft was the winner in the Piscataquis Observer’s Find the Hot Air Balloon Contest. Clark won a grand prize package of a basket filled with goods from area businesses after her name was drawn from a pool of 10 weekly prize winners who all received passes to the Piscataquis Heritage Hot Air Balloon Festival — the weekly prizes were sponsored by the festival.
