KIWANIS SPEAKERS

Pauline Hughes and her daughter Jean-Marie were speakers at Dexter Sunrise Kiwanis on April 18. Jean-Marie has been taking part in NEVI Fest (New England Blind and Visually Impaired Festival) for the last three years and Pauline attends as a volunteer. The event was held at Sugarloaf in February. Visually impaired children are taught to ski with a guide and compete in races on the mountain. Jean-Marie won a Gold Medal in her class this year.
