Wear Orange Day for teen dating violence awareness
DOVER-FOXCROFT — February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month, and on Tuesday, Feb. 11 the Spruce Run-Womancare Alliance is promoting the month with Wear Orange Day. The day, National Teen Dating Violence Awareness Day, will help high school and middle school students stand out among their peers to help raise awareness of teen dating violence.
The Spruce Run-Womancare Alliance is looking to work with the region’s high schools in February, including donating a book to each of the high school libraries.
