At a recent Court of Honor, Boy Scout Troop 100 of Dover-Foxcroft awarded Scout Alex Shaffer of Sebec the rank of Life Scout. In addition to the advancement in rank, Alex received the following merit badges; Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in the Community and Camping.
