Cooking for One at Lunch ‘n Learn

    DOVER-FOXCROFT — Cooking for One is the topic of Pine Tree Hospice’s Lunch ‘n Learn program on Jan. 14 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Dover-Foxcroft Congregational Church. It can be a challenge to adjust to preparing food just for one person. Ideas and suggestions for cooking for yourself  will be given. This event is part of Pine Tree Hospice’s Adult Bereavement Support and is free of charge.

    Lunch ‘n Learn is an ongoing program held on the second Tuesday of each month. A variety of relevant topics are discussed and attendees enjoy a delicious lunch. Anyone in the community who has experienced a loss whether recently or in the past is welcome to attend.
