THEN AND NOW FASHION

Attire from the Civil War and the present were both on display during the “Then and Now” fashion show on July 20 at the Valley Grange in Guilford, presented by Sarah Elizabeth Palmer Tent No. 23 Daughters of Union Veterans (DUV) and Label Shopper.

The DUV and Label Shopper  want to thank those who made donations for door prizes. With proceeds from the show, the DUV will be able to repair and clean more Civil War Veterans headstones in the area cemeteries. The organization will also continue to give, along with the Sons of Union Veterans, books on the Civil War to local libraries.
