REDEVELOPING THE RIVERFRONT

The front connector building is shown being removed at the Moosehead site in Dover-Foxcroft. The Riverfront Redevelopment project is underway at the former Moosehead Manufacturing site.  EnviroVantage from Epping, N.H. was the low bidder for the demolition work and for the remediation of the lead paint and asbestos.

 EnviroVantage has been on site in April and is expected to have the demolition and clean-up phase of the project done in July. The next phase will be the construction of the mixed use redevelopment project including retail space, lodging, office space, a high tech computer data center and housing. The project is being developed by Arnold Development Group from Kansas City, Mo.
