Cervone will speak about the 2013 “Measures of Growth in Focus” report and specifically – what these measures mean to Piscataquis County and our rural economic development efforts. Prepared annually by the Maine Economic Growth Council, the “Measures of Growth in Focus” report captures performance measures and benchmarks that achieve a vibrant and sustainable economy for Maine.
PCEDC’s quarterly meeting provides an opportunity to network with our community of municipal leaders, U.S. and state delegation representatives, business people and neighbors while learning about PCEDC’s work to make Piscataquis County rich in its economy and quality of life.
Pre-registration is required by contacting Janet Sawyer, business development director, at jsawyer@pcedc.org. Meeting time is 4 to 7 p.m. on March 18 and includes dinner with the fee payable at the door at the Spaulding Room, Pat’s Pizza, 100 East Main Street in Dover-Foxcroft.
