Stearns honored
BANGOR — Retired SAD 4 Superintendent and current State Rep. Paul Stearns (R-Guilford) was presented with the 2016 Distinguished Service Award at the 105th annual Commissioner’s Conference, sponsored by the Maine Department of Education and Maine School Superintendents Association, on June 26. The recognition banquet was held at the Cross Insurance Center.
