Local wrestlers grapple with New England’s best
PORTLAND — The Foxcroft Youth Wrestling and SeDoMoCha Middle School teams competed in the Marshwood New Englands Youth Wrestling Championships this past Saturday at the Cross Insurance Arena. Over 1,000 wrestlers competed in this annual event from all six New England states.

NEW ENGLAND’S BEST — The Foxcroft Youth Wrestling team celebrates with its New England champion Gage Beaudry and placers at the Marshwood New Englands Youth Wrestling Championships on April 2 in Portland.
The tournament continues to grow every year with the number of participants and with the quality of wrestling also getting better. The Dover-Foxcroft teams sent the biggest group this year with 22 young wrestlers participating.
Congratulations to Foxcroft Youth Wrestling’s new New England wrestling champion Gage Beaudry and to Aiden Bryant and Garrett Rogers for placing fourth in their weight classes and becoming All-New England wrestlers.
